Do you come to my office?
At this time, our paralegals do not come into your office for daily work. On occasions, we can arrange meetings to fit your needs, however, PPS has an office conveniently located in Olde Town Conyers, where work is performed during normal business hours.
What is your standard turnaround time?
Depending on your needs, the typical turnaround time varies from 2-5 business days, with three days being the average. Case management depends on the client’s treatment.
How do you track your time?
PPS has invested in case management software with a timer feature. Time is billed in the industry standard of tenths of an hour (every 6 minutes). Attorneys also has access to my case management software, making it a breeze for attorneys to also keep track of time as well as checking client’s case status.
